1. download pocketinveditor pro
2. while download or before downloading make a creative world in mcpe , at spawn dig down and when you hit the last bedrock , exit mcpe
3. when its done downloading > open the app > click the map that you want to be flatten > go to edit terrain > then click user player coordinates > in width (x):500 height (y):1000 length (z): 500 > click set block > click browse > select the first one and then click ok >wait while reading terrain data is analyzing and when its done go back to mcpe > open the world > see if it works

p.s.
you can do it too in the surface of the map but if you want to build a super high building or skyscraper dig down

Here are some info on what the team will do with Realms crashing from time to time.

Update: Snapshot 13w37b has been released, along with a pre-release of 1.6.3. You can select these versions in your launcher, or download the server links below.

We still strongly recommend that you don’t run the snapshots on an existing world if you don’t want to run into chunk errors. There is a known issue with world structures such as Nether Fortresses not transitioning to 1.7 from 1.6, but loading these areas in the new pre-release 1.6.3 and then going to snapshot 13w37b (or later) should fix this.

To get snapshots, open your launcher and press the “New Profile” button. Call it “snapshots” and check the box saying “Enable experimental development snapshots” and save. To switch to the normal version, you can select it in the dropdown at the bottom left corner of the launcher. To get the pre-release, do the same but manually select “1.6.3″ from the version dropdown list.
