- Consist of a Baby Zombie riding and controlling a Chicken
- Because the Zombie is riding a Chicken, it cannot take fall damage

Alpha Build 8 addresses these features:
Tweaks
- Improved Signs and Chests synchronization lag in multiplayer
- Sand and Gravel now spawn resources when falling on torches, etc
Fixed Bugs
- Fixed clients placing the wrong block type in multiplayer
- Fixed double chests becoming unpaired
- Added back hurt and fire color overlay for mobs
- Fixed minecarts not being able to go all the way from bedrock to sea level (stopping at level 32)
- The chest inventory now refreshes when two players change the content at the same time

The 0.8 update has been submitted by Mojang to Apple. Mojang will submit the update to Google once it's released on Apple which will take 4 days to be reviewed by Apple (December 11-12)

Tweaks
- Moved Grey Wool in the right inventory slot
- Ice is not transparent anymore in the toolbar
- Wooden tools can now burn
- Added UI message when boarding minecarts
- Removed useless D-pad arrows when in minecarts

- Fixed text input on Android
- Fixed spruce and birch leaves being swapped
- Fixed furnace side texture

Known Bugs
- No UI information about how to get out of minecarts
- Not removing disconnected player correctly (known since 0.7)
- Hearts now don't show if joining while animal is already in love
- Minecarts end up in walls in a very specific rail configuration
- There is no item pick up animation
- TNT doesn't destroy some kinds of blocks, in some worlds
There are still some bugs, which will be fixed in the final version of 0.8, before it can be submitted to Apple, Google, Amazon, etc.

[PCNEWS]Minecraft Snapshot 13w47e – Twitch.tv broadcasting!
This is the very first snapshot to include this functionality and it may be a little buggy, and we’re not finished with all the features yet, but hopefully it’ll be enough for you to play with and give feedback on!
Before you can start streaming, you will need to visit your Mojang account settings and link a Twitch account to your Mojang account. Then in the game you may check the quality settings in Options -> Broadcast Options, or just go ahead and start broadcasting at any time by hitting F6. This key can be configured in the Controls options.
Currently this is only supported on Windows (Vista and higher) and Mac OS X Mountain Lion (10.8) and higher. If you cannot start broadcasting ingame, go to the options screen and it will tell you why.
Along with the new twitch.tv broadcasting integration there is also a whole bunch of bug fixes. If you find any bugs that need fixing then as always please report them to the bug tracker!
To get snapshots, open your launcher and press the “New Profile” button. Call it “snapshots” and check the box saying “Enable experimental development snapshots” and save. To switch to the normal version, you can select it in the dropdown at the bottom left corner of the launcher.
