-Minecarts
-Rails
-Powered Rails (always powered.)
-Redstone (mineable and used to craft, but can't be used as Redstone dust until after 0.9.0)
-New Creative Menu (new creative menu and blocks)
-Possibly new Controls
-Mob AI System (Mobs will swin over deep water, and hostile mobs will be more intelligent)
-Shadows now move depending on the current location of the Sun.(exclusive feature)

Tweaks:
-Possibly lighter colored Water and Sky
-Redstone Ore now drops Redstone Dust when mined
-Transparent hotbar
-Fire and lava will now ignite TNT.
-Flint and Steel in Creative Mode
-Sideways pointing wood blocks
-Clouds will now be in 3D
-Changed Gravel texture
-Changed Birch Leave texture
-Mipmaps and anisotropic filtering
-Far render distance

Bug Fixes:
-MCPE-347: Weird textures: Moiré pattern on bricks
-MCPE-61: Water flows downward next to farmland
-MCPE-2804: Fire doesn't ignite TNT
-MCPE-4736: Spiders have no abdomen
-MCPE-4887: Skeletons missing lower part of body
